Free Meesho Auto Listing Tool: Autofill Product Forms in One Click

Listing the same kind of product again and again on the Meesho supplier panel is slow. You type the same brand, material, size, country of origin and other details for every new design. The free Meesho Auto Listing tool removes that repeated typing: fill the form once, save it, and autofill the next product in one click.

What is the Meesho Auto Listing tool?

It is a small Chrome extension from Allpdfcrop. It remembers the data you enter in the Meesho product form and puts it back for you whenever you need it. You can save as many profiles as you like, for example one for kurtis, one for sarees and one for jewellery.

How to install it (5 minutes)

1. Create a free account on Allpdfcrop and verify your email.
2. Open the Meesho Auto Listing page, press Download, and unzip the file into a folder you will keep.
3. In Chrome open chrome://extensions, switch on Developer mode and click Load unpacked. Choose the unzipped meesho-autofill folder.
4. On the same page create your activation token and copy it.
5. Click the extension icon, paste the token and press Activate.

How to use it

1. Open the add-product form on the Meesho supplier panel.
2. In the extension, type a profile name (for example Cotton Kurti) and press Add.
3. Fill the form once the way you like and press Save this form.
4. For the next product open a fresh form, choose the profile and press Autofill the form.
5. Add the product-specific details (title, images, price, size stock) and submit.

Tip: always check the filled fields before you submit. Auto-filling saves time, but you stay in control of what is published.

Why does the tool ask me to update?

The Meesho panel changes from time to time. When we publish a new version of the extension, older versions show "Update required" and stay locked until you download the new ZIP from the extension page, replace your folder and press Reload on chrome://extensions. This keeps the autofill working correctly for everyone.

Is the Meesho Auto Listing tool really free? Yes. Create a free account, generate a token and use it.

Is my product data sent to your server? No. Profiles are stored in your browser. The extension only contacts Allpdfcrop to check that your token and version are valid.

I lost my token. What should I do? Log in, open the extension page and create a new token. You can keep up to five active tokens, for example one per computer.

Which browser does it work on? Google Chrome and other Chromium browsers that support Chrome extensions (Edge, Brave).
