Cancellation & Refund Policy

Allpdfcrop is currently free to use, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. If paid plans are introduced in the future, the rules below will apply to them.

Cancellation

You can stop using the service or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing allpdfcrop@gmail.com.

Refunds (paid plans)

• If a paid service does not work as described and we cannot fix it, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds are not given for misuse, account sharing or for results caused by an incorrect input file.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

How to request

Email us with your account Gmail address, the date of purchase and a short description of the problem.
