How to crop Amazon shipping labels in seconds

Cutting and sorting Amazon labels by hand is slow and easy to get wrong. Here is the quick way.

Step 1 - Download your labels

Download the label + invoice PDF from Seller Central. Each order has a label page followed by an invoice page.

Step 2 - Upload and choose your options

Open the Amazon tab and drop the PDF in. Useful settings:

• Multi order at bottom - orders with more than one item go to the end so they are packed separately.
• Add listing name in label - prints the SKU and title on every label.
• Print date time on label - helps when you ship in batches.
• Keep invoice - leave it off if you only need labels.
• Add picklist page - adds a summary of what to pack.

Step 3 - Download and print

Press Proceed, then download the result. Labels are sorted by SKU, so items of the same product sit together.

Tip: turn on Merge files when you upload several PDFs so everything prints as one batch.
